I think that was Louise Firouz - AMAZING woman, i think an American woman who married an Iranian man and then settled in the north (within the beautiful seaside forests) and dedicated her life to the caspian horse, breeding also. Sadly she passed away a few years ago but she is internationally known for her work within the breed.. I moved to Iran to find her but was a bit too late
