different jobs with horses.... what do you do??

just wondering if anyone has any jobs that are out of the ordinary in the horsey world (not competing/ teaching/running livery yard - the more unique jobs - herbalist - massage, anything out of the ordinary...)....

I'm technically a groom at the National Trust's Arlington Court Stables and Carriage collection but i also do harnessing demonstrations and help teach on open days. Pretty unique job when you get into it.

Not technically with horses, I work at the donkey sanctuary in Devon which I love. Next best thing to horses. Do a bit of everything sh!t shovelling, showing, driving etc.
