Difficulty with feeding raw (;-).

Pup has never been allowed to get on the sofa, but that is exactly where she wants to eat her raw,meaty bones! Apparently it is also a good storage place for pig's tails........

Lola is in her crate when she is fed eliminates the risk of finding anything icky !!

Situation easily solved - feed them chunks of meat outside!

I feed mine outside, apart from the samoyed who eats on a mat in the kitchen. We tried feeding him outside when we changed him over to raw, but the pups munching scared him. So he eats in comfort now - bless

Even though I feed mine downstairs I do sometimes find pig's trotters or marrow bones hidden in MY bed!

I feed them outside but one day I was on nights and REALLY wanted to go to bed.

They were taking FOREVER to eat so I let them in with their last bits and went to bed.

My friend gave his 2 big meaty bones, older one is very food submissive, so younger dog takes one bone outside climbs the hill and obviously buries it (didn't know this at the time), came back took the other bone and started on that, 2 days later, you hear the clatter on the laminate floor as the other dirty, stinking bone is then brought back into the house, wet mud everywhere, dog very pleased with himself!!!!

We're trying feeding outside if weather is not too grim. Was lovely watching pup shaking and killing a lb of liver (er think it might already be dead...). Works well for sardine meals too, I hate the smell!

We were watching River Cottage last night and I caught myself excitedly talking to pup when there was a lovely piece of liver on the screen... I really need to get out more...
