Digestive upset after annual jabs?

Annual jab (combined thing, I forget the brand but had same one last year with no major issues) was just over a week ago.

Doggie initially had a bit of digestive upset afterwards which is clearing up but is still doing super-stinky farts now. Not our usually appealing lap dog at all.

Could this be a side effect or just a coincidence? Previous dog was seemly unaffected and this is only second go for new one who was only just settling into new home/diet etc last yr so don;t have a lot to compare to

Did he scavenge anything from the waiting room/car park...
Fever and lethargy are the most common but think it’d be pretty impossible to know for sure!

I've never had this problem with mine so maybe just coincidence. However, I am quite surprised if he has had the full combined annually, most vets only do this every 3 years now with just lepto (and KC if you choose to have it) annually.

We walk in populated areas so whilst I'm pretty vigilant the odd bit of bacon sandwich etc sneaks in on occasion... And the trainee(?) vet gave him loads of treats... Child regards that as child's job so I had to stop them. Cd be that I guess... Although he's had dried duck etc before he hasn't usually had that much.

Will check on which jab it was - dog is adult but had never been vaccinated for anything at all before I got him as far as I can make out so last year I asked for what vet thought appropriate for that given lots contact with other dogs and that he was abt to be taken on hols with us.
