Is there always an increased pulse with a potential laminitic episode? I check my TB daily and cant feel any pulse at all in that little V bit. He does have a grass belly but no gutter on his bum and the weigh tape is fairly steady. I am a bit worried about one particular pony at the yard though who looks very round and cresty, however again feeling for the pulse, nothing. Im sure Im feeling the right spot, hence my question.
