I had planned for ages Jerry's first 'proper' outing as the combined training at Gt Witchingham in Feb. This would be a good test to see if he was ready for an intro, and my trainer is going too so we would school over the XC course afterwards.

I have just discovered the family are due to go away that weekend (Why then?! They never go away

) So I will have no transport, and I really should be on holiday. I really don't want to miss this opportunity though as I think it will be so useful, especially having my trainer there as well.

I don't know what to do, If I stayed then I would have to find some transport, as driver would be on holiday, so might not be possible.

Why is it when you try and plan ahead it always goes pear shaped

Is there a posibility your trainer may be able to take you, if I was in your shoes I would find a way of getting there as sounds like a good opertunity to try some XC too and trainer already there

Good luck and hop it works out

I say do it. It sounds like you really want to do this more than holiday now. You can holiday another time. Seems too good an opportunity to miss. Go for it.
