Direct line Insurance experiences??

Sorry another insurance thread did a search but couldnt find an answer.
Anyone had much experience of claiming? Also are they any good at paying out for hydro/physio?

I find the NFU great . They are paying out on 3 ongoing claims for me. They are happy to pay out for Hydrotherapy etc. my boy has been having swimming and physio for the last 2 years

Thanks will have a look at them. Have they hiked dog premiums up this year like the horses or not so bad?x x

I insure my house, two cars and two dogs with DirectLine, I find them very efficient and no problem when it comes to paying on a clain. I also never had any problems when I used NFU.

I used to have my two old lurchers insured with Direct Line and they were very good at paying out, including when my old saluki lurcher spent the afternoon at a second referral vets for a Mylogram to diagnose his sciatica, which came to £900. However of course as my dogs got older the premiums got higher.

My sisters dog with with DirectLine and they paid out loads for Hydrotherapy but as he needs it all his life they put a cap on it - did pay out a couple of thousand for it tho.
