My horse has come back from loan, looking like he hasn't been groomed since they took him. He's usually a lovely bay colour, but looks grey he's so greasy! I spent a good hour yesterday removing all the dead, matted clumps of hair (nice
) and brushing to clean him up as much as poss.
What's the best way to get this grease out - aside from a good warm bath with a squirt of fairy liquid?
