Disapearing frogs?

My connie gelding seems to have disapeearing frogs! two of them are practically non existant and the others aren't much better. Any suggestions?

I know what you mean, one of mine is normal and spongy and the other is as flat as a pancake (soundz like I'm talking about my boobs!!)

The farrier came to re-shoe and sed normal as wet ground and they will grow again - I was worried incase the blood would not pump up leg etc as nothing to shock absorb on the ground?

But he put my mind at rest - will be better when we are drier.

one of my horses is the same, has basically no frogs on two of his feet and one of them is really soft.
