I have had a post removed regarding my experience of the service or lack of from a company that charges large amounts of money for their product. In my world of IT it would politely be referred to as an "undocumented feature".
Question is as consumers do we not have a right to voice our experiences for the benefit of the equine community? Had I been treated fairly, my concerns dealt with in a timely fashion, and not ignored week after week, I would not have felt bound to publish my experience.
My immediate equine community, of a very large yard, dressage judge trainer, and competitors in various disciplines including endurance have known about this for months, so they have already lost 10's of thousands by word of mouth without resorting to removing my post, just because of the way they have treated me...I haven't had to do a thing! It can't be defamatory if its the truth. I posted and honest and frank account.
I would have thought the first rule of any good business is to keep the customer informed, listen to complaints and take action to rectify the issue, not leave them hanging in the breeze.
Few of us can afford to dispense a 4 figure sum without a second thought.
Personally, I won't buy anything of any great value from anyone not BETA registered ever again.
