Cool, it works, was just finishing an order, and browsing here, saw the code, got the discount - and just spent enough for free postage! YAY thanksordered those gloves they mentioned on the thread bout sore hands, mucker boots, travel boots and something else that will be a surpise since I cant remember what!

I ordered last Friday. Now, if only I could get them to send me an order acknowledgement - the money went from my account on Friday - or possibly even the goods I'd be a very happy bunny. As it is I'm stuck knowing nothing, money gone from account and no-one will answer the phone or return my answerphone messages.

Just getting a teensy bit frustrated here!
 
They were a bit like that when I ordered my saddle from them. Fortunately it arrived within the timescale they gave online so wasn't a major issue but would have been nice to have a bit more communication.

They have been like this with my last two orders. The orders did arrive ok but their communications are not as good as they used to be. They've been taken over, I hope that their customer service will not deteriorate as I've always found them to be so good in the past.
 
Well I have now managed to contact them, but the answers were all those I associate with Derby House "Oh we were waiting for one item" and that despite my having said please ship what you can as soon as you can. "We've refunded the postage charge that shouldn't have been made" but no they haven't and finally "It's going out in the post today". Well we'll see. I really hope it is.
 
Jemima*askin: did you check the 'junk section' of your emails? One of the order verification emails made it to my inbox, another went to junk.
