I ordered some new stirrup leathers from them two weeks ago and still haven't received them. Emailed the company Sunday evening and expected to hear something from them yesterday afternoon or today but nothing. Having done a quick search on here it seems quite a few people have had trouble with them. I paid on my credit card so if I have trouble getting in touch with the company am I right in thinking that I can get my money back by speaking to my bank?
