theyre great. Not had any problems with them whatsoever. Ive also been to their shop and had great service form them.

I have used them before and found them very good, recently ordered bandages via ebay from them, short delivery but one telephone call and all sorted. You should be OK using them.

I found them brilliant when I ordered a fly rug from them and needed to return it as the mare it was for was a bit too hu hum chunky for it. They were brilliant, cheerfully exchanged it, didn't charge any additional postage charges or anything. Would definitely use them again.

Never had a problem from ebay but did have problems from hey farm. Wormers took 3 months to come, I had to return one item and never got a replacement or a refund and they never answered emails. So not good. They were fantastic through ebay so expected the same service. Maybe I was just unlucky.

Yup - got some Mountain Horse boots very cheaply through them and very good service.

never had any problems with Hey Farm - been buying from them for years - items all come quickly - and if there is a delay - they have called me.
