Discovered New Hat - safety/in date?

I've just discovered a new riding hat in the top of my cupboard in a box! It's so new it still has its tags on.

I suspect I bought it as my competing hat, but have never used it! I have no idea when I bought it...

It is a Gatehouse Chelsea Air Flow Pro. It has safety numbers. PAS 015 :2011 and KM 34584.

Is it still legal/in code??

the Naylors guide has this

"Riding Hat Standards Which Will Be Allowed are:​

• PAS 015:2011"

so that sounds ok, but without mention of the kitemark in the BHS list, so I'll double check when I get home.

Needs a kite mask as well as PAS.

I had thought a new hat s5andard had been brought out and w3nt and bought a new skull cap and then found it had the same standards as my old one! I think I had got mixed up with the 2018 body protectors.
