yea I would. Some can be corrected if not too bad. Good shoeing and better balanced. I've know my own youngsters to dish and to find when they are shod and schooled they are ok. Depends how much it is?
Yup, I did! He is a dressage horse as well... As long as it isnt too bad I dont really see a problem. It does but excessive strain on their coffin joints though!
well, i didnt buy a pony that dished (not the only reason, vet spotted something else) BUT it does not effect anything, dressage, sjing xc, it only affects you in the showing world! the pony still got very good dressage results and dished badly in trot and canter so it will not effect the dressage so yes, i would buy it!
My friends horse dishes VERY VERY badly, he is clumsy anyway and always falls over his own feet. He just looks awful when he moves Im sorry to say, however his legs practically come out sideways and he has no balance or even a proper pace anyway.
hes going quite well, i am taking a back seat on riding him though for a while, and trainer is going to ride him for me.
as i am not quite confident enough on him in the ring and he needs to be sent forwards, and have his confidence kept up. as we have been having a few problems in doubles and related as i am not pushing him enough.
and i dont want to ruin him, but he is still a little sweety pie!!
