Dissertation help - Equine businesses needed!

Hello, my name is Channelle Venning and I am a final year degree student at Moreton Morrell college studying Equine business management.
For my dissertation i am looking into the benefits of social media usage for an equine business.

I am looking for equines businesses, preferably riding schools, that either don't currently use Facebook or ones that perhaps do have an account but don't use it that much/as part of their business strategy. I will help set up a Facebook page for their business to see whether it does increase business activity and help improve customer relations.

If anyone could help me at all I would be extremely grateful.

Try contacting Janet Martinez at Warwick international school of riding. It's just off the A46, at the Leek Wooton exit, close to the Saxon Mill. About 30 mins max from the college.

Also try Moor Farm Stables, ask to speak to Liz who owns/runs it, or another instructor. They did have a Facebook page but it wasn't very active at all. They are based in Corley, on Wall Hill Road, opposite the Red Lion pub. Would be about 45-60 mins from the college.

Another to consider would be Radway Riding School. They have quite an active Facebook page, so could be worth interviewing them to ask about increased activity after the introduction of social media! They're based in Warwick on the Farnborough Road.

Good luck with the dissertation, I did mine last year (same course and college as you!) and it was tedious but very rewarding at the end of it!

Yeah my plan is to send questionnaires to businesses that do use it regularly aswell, trying to get a wide perspective on it.
 
I set ours up a year or so ago and had so much business from it (Albury Equestrian Center). Feel free to send me a questionnaire. I too was at MM back in 2004! pm me for my email address if interested.
