It's that wonderful time of year when dissertation research is floating around! I would massively grateful, if anyone who has had experiences of horses suffering from colic or Equine Gastric Ulcer Syndrome, could complete my brief survey!

Hiya, I think it would be helpful if you could be a bit more explicit in your post, which currently contradicts what your survey is actually about

(colic OR EGUS vis incidence of colic prior to diagnosis of EGUS)

My survey is mainly about the incidence of colic prior to EGUS, however I am also looking at the frequency of colic with no EGUS and frequency of EGUS with no colic so that I can make comparisons
When completing the survey it will direct you to questions which are relevant to the answers that you give, to avoid you having to complete unnecessary questions - for example, if you can only help with colic, you will be directed to colic based questions only.

I hope that makes sense!

The questionnaire is impossible to complete if your horse has only had one episode of colic.

There are no questions on cause of or outcome of colic.

This one needs more thought - sorry OP
