DIY Alderley??

Hi
There was a lady called Sue ?? advertising on one of the local Facebook pages a few days ago but I can't find the ad now! I think the yard was called Clinton Hill - don't know anything about it but I will try to find the ad. Otherwise there's Finlow Hill but that's quite a big yard and turnout isn't great. Hope you find somewhere - I am in the same area - lots of horses and lots of little yards but not lots of availability :-( x

Thanks both of you :)...sadly I know the bigger yards, not really what I''m looking for and most too far away for me... I'm not great at driving at night anymore...dancingkris, will let you know if I find anywhere, don't know anyone called sue! :) My horse has restricted grass now as lami prone, would be nice to have manege but not too worried as long as somewhere to school when i get the urge! :)

finlow is only small not all stables are filled and its a nice little yard and the few liveries are great ( I moved off due to relocation)! highly recommend

£108pm for livery (£25pw) you couldn't take your own bedding / hay unfortunately (dont know of any local yards who allow that) however it is very reasonably priced. lovely stables with private tackroom and 2 arena's.

I used to be on finlow and loved it - really nice yard and lovely people. I only moved as I found my own place and the winter turnout wasn't great. I did use my own bedding and bought in my own hay - I just paid for storage space which still worked out cheaper.

They've changed hands haven't they so maybe you can't take hay/bedding now, more dosh on top of the £25 a week, too pricey at the mo, have to find more work to justify spending more sadly! Used to pay £22 and take my own stuff, plus fields with jumps and good hacking, but again the place has gone to rack and ruin so left :( that was a few years ago now and it has only gotten worse apparently...Thanks for all your input guys :)
