DIY, assisted or part livery needed between Ipswich and Colchester

Hi everyone, I'm looking for DIY, assisted or part livery between Colchester and Ipswich. Horse is rehabbing so restricted individual turnout needed and suitable surface for in-hand exercising around the yard/ arena. No road work is possible. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks!
