DIY in our area is £28 a week.

Arce individual turnout, mains electric and water, stable and school, brill hacking.

£282.50 a month..... in Surrey. Must be mental.

Includes olympic size sand school, dressage sand school, off-road hacking, horsewalker and solarium...

Off to see my psychiatrist now... LOL.

About £270 per month for one horse and one pony - this includes adlib haylage though. Don't ask me to break it down for just the one as YO works things out in a very wierd way lol.

Ours is £90 a month.

We get turnout with 1 or 2 other horses, stable, water, school, amazing hacking, and there are only geldings on the yard, so no mares to fizz them up - even better!

Mine is £150 for two ponies, just the basic stable and field though, but brilliant hacking and a nice small yard with only a few other liveries and YO lives on site. :)

I pay £27 per week, stable, turnout, menage (including use of full set of jumps) and haylage (as much as we need - within reason).

£165 / month, stable, outdoor school, min 8hrs turnout, unless fields flooded, but 24hr turnout not allowed, reasonable quantity of hay included. Storage for rugs and feed within reason, secure tack room. Wilts/Somerset border

Where I plan to use is £17 a week for stable, turn out, electric, water and school. It's an extra £10 for unlimited straw and haylege

I Pay £108pm, haylege £5 for round bale, miscanthus £6.50

My bill for this month was £162.50 this also includes all year turnout, outside sand school, water, electric, tea & coffee facilities & wc

The livery I'm on is in the middle of nowhere, so lovely quite hacking, stables are in an American barn, so lovely in winter & cool in the summer if needed.

Overall, a small friendly yard where everyone gets on, which is sometimes worth more than a yard with all the facilities going but with unfriendly liveries who only look out for themselves.

ahh thanks everyone for replying sounds like everyone has a pritty good rate i was thinking around the 120 a month mark sound about right i will have to wait and see what the offer is lol *holds breath* :)

its a really nice liitle yard litteraly round the corner and i think it would only be us 2 and the owners so fingers crossed it all goes through

I pay about £250 a month which is a lot but the yard has the best facilities in my area. It includes bedding and hay/haylage and turnout/rug change in morning. They also put feed in morning and evening. The yard has a 20x40 indoor, 30x60 indoor and a 30x60 outdoor. Indoors are very much needed with the weather up here in aberdeenshire :)
