DIY livery around Birmingham???

Hi

I am planning to go to Birmingham university this year and I would really like to take my horse with me. My parents have said that they will help contribute to costs and I have been saving up for quite a while now, so financially I should be able to do it. However, I have been looking online for livery stables in the area and I am struggling. Does anyone know of any? I only have walking, cycling, bus and train as methods of transport.

Where about in Birmingham is the uni? There are lots of stables etc around esp by Barr Beacon, but not sure if accessible by public transport.
