DIY livery around Leighton Buzzard

Looking for DIY livery or a small yard/section of yard to rent. Does anybody know anything available within about 10 miles of Leighton Buzzard please. Need approx 4 stables, turnout and an arena!

Is Drayton Parslow any good, not quite sure how close it is. Kingsland Farm is a DIY yard, not sure if they have any vacancies but worth a call. I know the owners and it is a well run friendly yard.

I know there is a livery yard around there near Alconbry side but think they may be full? If you have a drive around you will probs find places as they are difficult to find using the Internet!

I left there recently as they failed to tell liveries about a horse with ringworm. Nice enough yard but their way of dealing with things like that is just an absolute no no. They also left my horses short of bedding after failing to provide the straw I'd ordered 24 hrs in advance because they didn't want to go into the barn in the dark when I questioned where it was. Security and hacking however is brilliant. When I left they had a few people leave and have a number of empty stables up for grabs.

Theres broadways just on the outskirts of Drayton, not sure if they have any spare stables though. Theres yards on Bow Brickhill.
There are a couple of yards in Burcott in Wing which as far as I'm aware are fairly vacant, one has a crap school, one has a good school, both have mental owners.

Have you tried Ivinghoe and also Stewkley areas? There are a few DIY yards in Ivinghoe area but 4 spaces is a pretty tall order...
