DIY livery around St.Albans, Herts

I am going to Herts Uni in September and am trying to find a loan home for my mare. However I love her to bits and really don't want to part with her so considering moving her closer to my house and trying to find a sharer instead. Can anyone recommend a DIY yard with decent arena and grazing that won't make me bankrupt?

There are lots around but VERY few vacancies. You might have luck at symondshyde farm - symondshyde lane. Don't have personal experience of it but it's meant to do the job. school, excellent hacking and cheap. Depending on where your house is you may have more luck in London Colney, welham green or welwyn Garden City.

No places advertised at Titmuss this week so don't rush to look at their board! ;o(
 
Might be worth trying chiltern rider mag.. i think you can view the classifieds online. Not sure if there are any st albans vanancies but always worth a shot
