DIY livery between Oxford and Newbury

Hi

I am looking for a diy livery for my eventer and wondered if you had any suggestions.
I am based in Stanton HArcourt, near Witney, but travel past Wantage then on to Newbury for work so would consider anywhere on that path!
I dont really want to go down the route of a big commercial livery yard if possible and would prefer to go in a smaller maybe private yard who would consider renting out a stable.
I need is a stable, hay and straw, turn out and an arena (if possible with jumps)!
Please let me know if you have any ideas!

were on the a40 just by eynsham but kind of the opposite direction from newbury and wantage so not sure if it will suit??

also know of one near stanton harcourt- my friend runs it.
