DIY Livery close to Long Sutton Lincs

Hi everyone, long time since I last posted, but did see an old archived thread on here, asking the same question as my needs.
We are looking for a DIY livery for around 6 months in Long Sutton where our Rented House is going to be, and wondered if anyone knew of anything vacant right now?
We have still to close the deal on the rental but this is a key part of the jigsaw in completing it.
