DIY Livery contract needed

Has anyone a copy of a DIY livery contract?

The BHS contract I have shown the farmer but he just wants one a bit more simple then that.

None of us have signed one and there is a livery that owes him alot of money and he wants them out,he has asked them a while to go and they filled him with rubbish saying they will pay.

Wouldn't mind but the livery is very cheap where i am and they still take the pi** out of him,with him being old.

The farmer says he will give them a contract and if they dont stick to it he will get rid of them.

I would go with the BHS one to be honest, it's a very clear and easy to understand. The farmer would want it to stand-up in court also!

Thing is with the BHS contract the farm is run down if honest and the farmer has health issues,we ourselves see to the jobs that need doing,the people that dont pay will pick at the contract.

That is what worries him.

Use the BHS as a guide and re write it to suit the circumstances/farm.
