Im thinking of renting one of my stables out not sure on price, have private yard, sand school, excellent hacking. Not great show jumps, good grazing all year turnout but not 24hours in the summer!, a barn for someone to store their own hay no lorry parking or no where to keep tack. thanks

i pay £60 per month per horse for stable ,all year grazing -24/7 in summer, excellent hacking ,2 storage rooms and lorry also kept on farm. there is no school on site . used to pay £100 a month per horse for the same as you are offering but we did have a tack room and vehicles again kept on farm for free.

£10 per week for hay/haylege

We've got 100 acres of turnout, 60x40m outdoor school with jumps, indoor school currently being finished, excellent hacking in nearby forest, tack rooom and feed room.

Similar to what you describe OP but we have trailer parking and a secure tack room and it's £22 per week. I'm in Derbyshire.

I charge £25 per week DIY with haylage and bedding on top. Dont forget you will need to take out public liability insurance to cover any unforeseen things that may happen. Unfortunately even when the person you rent it out too might be your friend, that soon changes when they injure themselves or their horse on your property. The other thing you need to know is that if you handle her horse ie bring it in or turn out for them you are not actually covered legally even though you have public liability! you have to have an additional policy called custody, care & control its cost me around £600 per year for this. Once you let a stable for money it is classed as commercial and so you have to have these covers in place along with Health & Safety Policies around your yard. Sorry if ive put a damper on it but It could save you £1000's if something did go wrong.

I pay £45 a week for DIY livery but YO changes rugs and turns out in a morning when horses are in. Currently 24/7 turnout. Outdoor sandschool, great hacking, tack room, feed room, trailer parking, own fields, hay included in rent, have to buy own bedding, extra charges for mid-day/evening rug changes when not on 24/7 turnout and muckout charges, etc. Can poo pick fields or pay YO to do it. £90 for 5 day full livery/ £110 for full livery. Other livery packages available.

Hope this helps x x
