DIY livery...how much?

How much would you be expecting to pay a week for DIY plus use of following facilities:

*Large Floodlit rubber surfaced school
*Full set of Sj's
*Horsewalker
*Use of wash box
*Lorry parking
*stable and turnout

?

Its hard to say, sounds like alot of facilities, depends on where you are in the country, but i should think about 30quid a week

I may be way off but i have no facilities to speak of and am basing it on that and my previous yards

I'm just down the A46 from you we have the following
outdoor (amazing) school
individual paddocks
Cross country course
show jumps
wash box
really nice yard not too much mud.
I pay £25 (would be £30 if I only had one horse) a week, £5 extra for lorry parking.

we are full at the moment (unsurprisingly) as it is so lovely.

I'm at a yard that sounds very similiar - I pay approximately £135 a month (including feed and bedding) for DIY livery, which works out approximately £33 a week. I'm South-East England.

Around here (Wilts) you'd be looking at around £50 per week for a yard with those kinds of facilities. My instructor charges £50 a week DIY for exactly the same set up, and another yard close by are £55 p/w.

Sorry went off line until now! Yard in question is a private yard where we have been offered livery (we are very lucky!) its £30 a week, its a little bit further afield than we wanted, but otherwise is pretty much perfect, thanks for all the replies
