DIY Livery in Colchester area of essex

I am looking for yards and price's of livery yards in the Colchester area as it looks like I will be aquiring a new mare in the new year.
Must have all year t/o and possibly somewhere to ride e.g nice school indoor would be great but outdoor just as good....

Hi yes Ipswich is too far sadly I'm looking at travelling say 10-20mins max due to travel costs really..

Stratford Hills is DIY with 2 outdoor schools, american barns and I think reasonable hacking and obviously its own xc course. Just google Stratford Hills livery and cross country and the website will come up

I looked at stratford hills website and it showed part livery, I didn't see the price for DIY looks like a lovely lovely yard too soon as I get a job I will be looking at putting mare on part and what they charge seems reasonable.
