Tinsel Trouble

Hello all!!
I am looking at moving my 14.1hh pony and buying an ex-racer. I have just moved to Grantham (bit of a shock to the system after sleepy Suffolk...!) and would like some advice. I have looked at a couple of yards but I want a school and safe hacking to competitions, I also want to be on a yard where the YO is experianced at handling horses- As you all know TBs are notoriously flighty and my welsh D isn't much better!! (I have looked at a couple of yards where the YOs are not horsey, they just have a house with land!). I also don't have an inexhaustable budget!
