DIY livery in Kent??

Hiya,

Does anyone know of any good livery yards in the Rainham/Newington/Upchurch/Hartlip/Detling area of Kent? I'd be looking for DIY with the option of assisted (just for occasional holidays really to keep OH sane!), prefer owner on site if poss, indiv. turnout ideally, and a school would be lovely.
