DIY livery in north loughborough/ melton mowbray area

Hi, we currently live in loughborough and are looking at the possibility of moving to hickling pastures/ melton mowbray area.

was wondering if anyone knew of any good liverys around there. have looked at vale view but seems expensive for use of only one arena. Also willouby lodge farm which seems like a good possiblity.
Does any one have any experiences of these?

we are looking for all year turnout with 24 hour in summer or just night time in summer. A menage, indoor would be a plus!

Jo & Laura Rowbotham at Eastwell v good, although outdoor school is v wet at the moment - most days they go out & the hacking is good. Only problem - full at the moment !! Might be a bit far away from Hickling, PM me if you want - I live in Vale of Belvoir too so have knowledge of others as well.
