Hi
I am looking for DIY Livery for my hunter in the Kemble and surrounding area.
About me:
I am a student studying at the Royal Agricultural College, and am looking for livery for my hunter next year, from September/ October onwards. Before going to university I groomed for the Kimblewick Hunt for two seasons. I currently own one horse a 16.2hh ISH gelding called Sox, he is immensely friendly and has been turned out with both mares and gelding previously.
What I am looking for:
 A small or private yard
 DIY livery
 Reasonably priced (or possibility to help out on yard for reduction of livery cost)
 Good Stables and Turnout
 Good Hacking
 Space to park trailer (or possibility of getting lifts hunting.)
 Not necessary but a horse walker would be an added bonus.

If you know anyone who may be looking for a livery or can recommend any livery yards in the area, and help would be appreciated.

Try Melanie duff at blunsdon (Stubbs hill farm). It's a hunt and polo yard with a few diy/part/full as well as full hunting livery. Has horse walker and indoor school. Grooms come and go so likely that may accept help for reduced livery?!

isnt there a livery yard called Kemble Farm? that way - the college also have a good list of livery in local places.. you could ask around.

I had my horse up this previous year at a livery yard College recommended and having looked round them all it was the best for my horse yet all of them including the one he was at were either far too expensive or below standard. Personally I am looking for somewhere better value.

Also I have looked into Kemble Farms livery but they do not do a DIY livery and their part livery starts from £125 a week!!! which I feels is a ludicrous amount to pay.
