DIY livery near Moreton Morrell

I'm looking for a livery yard near the college to bring the cob up in the spring, I'm looking for something with light stables, floodlit arena and a walker. Ideally decent hacking and xc schooling close by! I've looked around a few yards but yet to find the perfect one. Must be right as the pony likes to jump out of stables he doesn't like!!
