My god some of you are lucky to have prices like that.
Round here, (Gloucestershire,) you would be very hard pushed to find anything less that £50/60 if you were also counting bedding, feed and hay.

DIY at my yard starts at £50 per week, including...
brand new American barn stabling
60 x 40m floodlit arena
50 ft horse walker
tack room with indivual lockable cupboards
client's lounge with kitchen
wash room with hot water
solarium
toilet
shower
rug room
feed room
60 acres of turnout
1 mile XC course
5 mile farm ride
Me on site and I'll do services when needed. Oh and in the price....
I'll feed all the horses at 6am
unlimited hay
unlimited straw
haylage and flax are avialable at a slight increase in price

Yes I think thats a good deal. We pay £15 for Stable & Grazing per horse

We pay £40 a week but is going up to £50 at the beginning of march
We get:
stable
monitored hayledge
3/4 hours turnout
crap field
20x60 outdoor
20x40 outdoor though is quite often flooded and unusable at this time of year
small indoor for wet weather cover
and i dont feel as if i can trust YO as they are constantly saying one thing and doing another e.g. took out field off us because it was 'horse sick' and needed a few months rest and then proceeds to put three of her own horses on it two weeks later. All she seems to care about is the money and hence why we are looking to move
