DIY Livery - Prices??

What would you pay for DIY? Or what do you currently pay? And what do you get?

In the past I have paid £35 per week // £140 per month for a stable (of fair size), rubbish grazing, use of arena whenever I could (barely could get an hour in) and the odd bringing in on a morning.

What do you think I should've gotten for that price? Or was this reasonable?

Opinions welcome :)
 
Depends where you are I guess.
I pay £130 a month, good grazing, nice stables, lovely hacking, floodlit school whichnot the greatest but ok I guess, I don't use it much. No services. Major maintenance done by yard owner. Oh and haylage and straw Nov- April
