Can i ask what people pay for diy livery and what's included? I am renting a yard atm and thinking of offering my spare stables as DIY. stable, individual year round turnout, wooden post and rope fencing, outdoor floodlit school, tack room, Lorry parking, grass jumping paddock. Would be purely diy and they would have to source their own hay/straw etc although there is ample space for storage. Hacking round here is fairly rubbish. Ideas?

You'd definitely have to charge extra for the rope dancing

It really depends on where in the country you are. Round here it would be somewhere between £35 and £50/week for that sort of setup.

I'm in north essex, i pay £25 per week for that set up minus the school. Having a floodlit school would be a really nice selling point

Where I am it’s £200pcm and it’s a bargain.
American barn stable, individual turnout (virtually all year), horsewalker, floodlit school, loads of storage, reasonable hacking, Horsebox parking, ad-lib hay or haylage, straw or shavings bedding ad-lib (bedding not brilliant quality).
