DIY Livery Sharpthorne, Sussex?

I found an ancient post on google that mentions a livery yard in Sharpthorne, sussex.

I am having trouble finding a yard that "ticks all the boxes" (the holy grail probably!!)

Just wondered if anyone knows of yards in this area??? Must have decent arena.

(Hook Farm is the only one I know of, and it's full!) Thanks

There's Adrian's farm in sharpthorne down chilling street (can't remember what it's actually called, big wooden electric gates outside so you could go for a drive to find out) lovely yard, good internal boxes, big school, good hacking etc. other than that the
other options are bridgers (on the road on the way to Cinderhill vets) and there's a few yards horsted Keynes way but I don't really know about them.

P.s I was at hook farm for a few years, it's lovely, if a space comes up, take it!!
