DIY Livery wanted Ash/Guildford area

Please please can anyone recommend a good DIY livery yard with a decent school, individual or pair turnout all year and good hacking around Ash or the Ash side of Guildford? The current yard I'm at is lovely but the school is so terrible it is not usable most of the time. Recommendations hugely appreciated!

I saw an advert for one in Ash Green on the notice board in Rokers. New 60x20 arena. Can pm you the phone number if you want. I took the number as I was looking for a school to hire.

Hi I have 1/2 spaces at my yard but its in Hartley witney so dont know if too far. Wehave individual turnout all year round, school with rubber and sand- i can even ride in the snow, hacking to odiham common 10mins down the road, we are a very quiet small yard.Let me know if interested.

Thanks LynH I have just seen that advert so will give them a ring. Thanks cazzaroogle too, your yard sounds great but I need to be closer to the A3 so you're probably too far. Anyone any other recommendations please? Thanks v much.
