diy livery yard in tyne and wear??

seeking diy livery for my 15.3 gelding, must have a stable
- wanting to move from the area which he is at now as no one is their to ride out with, he is in a field all by himself which he doesnt like and their is no arena or jumping facilites for us to use
any suggestions of good places near by would be very helpful! thanks x

Tyne and Wear is a huge area, it might help to narrow it down a bit.
There is a good EC at Murton Village, Shiremoor/North Shields
