I am looking for DIY livery with the odd turnout/ bring ins etc during the week for my 2 horses in the otley/ guiseley/ horsforth/ Ilkley/ Burley/ Addingham / bingley / baildon sort of areas. Doesn't have to be a big yard etc so long as all year turnout, nice stabling and good hacking. Can anyone recommend anywhere and does anyone have phone numbers if so?! Thanks!

I'll have a look when I go to work tomorrow. Off the top of my head, there's Acrecliffe in Otley (riding school) and Grange Farm (Arthington). A girl at work has a horse Burley-ish area so I'll ask her and I'm pretty sure there's an advert for a yard in Menston on our board.

There's also a couple of yards on the same lane where my horse is (Guiseley) so will ask if anyone has numbers for them. Are you a member the Leeds Equestrian Forum group on Facebook? People have always been pretty helpful when I've posted on there.

(I only have personal experience of Acrecliffe from shows - really helpful but schools not *great*, seems more catered to kids than adults and Grange Farm from being a livery - nice, would go back but there was no space when my horse came off loan and I'm really happy on the yard I'm on now - no space & full livery only otherwise I'd recommend it! No personal experience of any other numbers I might be able to get for you.)

Hacking at Acrecliffe is straight onto a main road. Grange is a bit out of your area but has everything you want and a few people have left recently, but there could be more coming.

There is a livery yard in Addingham, dont know the address but its on the old roman road to Draughton, just off the ring road roundabout.

There was an ad in Wharfedale Equestrian Shop for a yard at Hawksworth with vacancies, dont know which one though as I wasn't actually looking.

Dobsons yard at the top of Owler Park Road in Ilkley does DIY.

Cant think of any others at the moment
