DIY near Stansted, Essex HELP!

I am looking for a DIY livery yard near Stansted/Elsenham, Essex for my gelding. Ideally with a stable, all year turn-out (altough he prefers to stay in if its: wet/cold/hot/windy/day/night..... spoilt horse) menage and hacking - am I asking too much?? All the yards I have looked at are part or full livery but I really prefer to do him myself, its part of the fun having him. One yard I went to said they do like the owners to turn up once in a while!!! I would look at part livery if pushed and it was the right yard.

Have you got a copy of Essex Rider? There are usually lots of livery ads in there.

I do get Essex Rider, unfortunately most of the yards are in South Essex - there is a nice yard that we looked at in Little Easton but that is full livery and I couldn't bear him thinking someone else loves him more than I do! The way to a horses' heart is through his(her) stomach.
