Dear All, am looking for some help. We have just bought a beautiful skewbald Horse and are looking for a yard with DIY livery, good turn out and (this is the tricky bit) easily accesible by public transport, so that my15 year old daughter can get there after school. some walking is acceptable (15 - 20 mins)Currently she (the horse, not my daughter) is in Radlett on full grass livery, as she has been for the last 3 years with her previous owner. I have spent hours on the internet, but so few yards seem to have websites, so any comments would be gratefuuly received.

You may get answers on here but I think the best option is to drive around and see what you can find... also local tack / feed shop notice boards...I know there are a few yards in Bricket wood but thats not that far from radlet so if you are wanting somewhere closer they may not be ideal.

Also try asking on facebook groups like 'hertfordshire horse riders' and 'everything equine herts, beds and bucks'

Hi
Can anyone recommend a livery yard in the Watford/ Croxley/ Chipperfield area?
Have moved house and would like to bring my 2 geldings nearer home too.
Ideally 1 on Diy with assistance and 1 on grass livery.
Thanks.

Is Chorleywood too far for you as the yard I am on does both grass and DIY livery so might be suitable.
