DIY or Grass Livery around Shere / Albury / Abinger Hammer and surrounding areas?

Looking at moving to somewhere around Shere in Surrey. What yards are about that offer DIY and/or grass livery (open to either but must be dry fields with shelter if grass)? Would be looking for good all year turnout, a school, and easy access to excellent hacking.

Little Lockner does grass livery but I don't know how dry the fields are. The yard is very good. There are lots of yards and fields. I would put a wanted post on the horsey Facebook pages and the village groups so that you reach private yards.

Ponds Livery at Albury. Fantastic hacking on sandy heathland, yard has a good reputation I believe.
