i am trying to find either some land (an acre or 2 to rent) or a DIY or part livery yard that i can move to in spring? it has to be within 45 mins walking time from scarborough, so would prefer scarborough, crossgates, seamer, or eastfield please. must be fairly cheap and cheerful ect (may sound tight but i dont want to be paying upwards of £50pw for someone to turn out my horse. would prefer diy or rented land to be honest but livery (part will do till i find somewhere else. does anyone no of anywhere? please help. thank you muchly xx

I'm no help whatsoever but i'm wanting like a "holiday" livery for mine in the Bridlington area! I live in Leeds but when I go home to see Mum & Dad it's just as easy to take him with me but need to find a place willing tot ake him for a mere week or weekend!! x

Have you looked in the BHS website for approved livery yards? Websites like Horsemart and Horsequest also maybe worth a look.

I know there is a trekking centre on the outskirts of Bridlington - it should come up on google, they might be worth a try.
