Our yard has been £20 p week. inc stable, grazing, hay storage, feed room, flat paddock for schooling.
Now increasing by £5.
We are in South East and wonder what other people are paying
Yard quite run down and difficult to get any maintenance done but left pretty much to ourselves to run it. but in a good hacking area and quiet. Would you expect to have fields harrowed topped etc. for this money and fertilised? We have a lot of weeds.

I pay £135 a month for stable, field, arena, storage area, secure tack room, jumping paddock in the summer and lorry parking.

For that the fields are chain harrowed and topped (though I have been poo picking mine as horse is out alone as he's only just moved there so it is easy to keep on top of it and seems to be a fair return for the privilege of individual turnout). Maintenance seems ok but I'd be happy to do anything which was easy and quick anyway.

Round here DIY is £30-£35 a week regardless of facilities it seems, so yours is pretty cheap I'd say (I am southwest).

I pay £65 a month for stable, grazing, winter turn-out, school, can jump in the fields, tack room, storage for hay, straw, feed etc. i keep my trailer there for a extra £5 a month. fields are topped.
(I'm in the southwest)

I pay £110 per month for grazing, stable, tack room/area,2 schools, jumping field and out YO supplied hay, feed and bedding for which we obviously pay extra for but its handy having it there for you
Which I think it very good beacuse we also have help/advise from the Yo's grooms and stable hands
We also have a horse walker and solarium which cost £2 a time.I love our yard all bar 3 ppl lol

When I was on livery (based central south coast) I paid £28 per week, stable, tack room, feed room and hay store. We had a school and limited off road hacking. The fields were managed by the YO, rolled, fertilised etc but not necessarily how we would have done ourselves.

£25/week. American barn, individual tack/feed room, sand/rubber 20x40, XC course, SJs, individual p/railed paddocks, quiet hacking

All maintenance done by YO - makes hay, harrows, tops, rolls school & empties muck trailer every weekend. He's delighted if we mend fencing and we have free access to fieldguard tape/posts if we want to subdivide. He even keeps batteries charged for elec fence

Hi I pay 65 per week for daily muck out, feeding, turnout, rug changing, feed, bedding, haylage, school,xc fences, all year turnout and showjumps, also fantastic off road hacking, this is in west yorkshire,i think its good value for money:)hope this helps

We are going to charge £60 per week for DIY - which includes own stable (14 x 16', own post & rail paddock with winter turnout and a yarded area if it gets too soggy, farm to hack on, XC course, rubber arena with tons of SJ's & lights, wash off room. All hay and beddng provided. Liveries not expected to do anything other than muck their horse out and tidy up after themselves. No poo picking.

We are expensive, but liveries are a pain and very much in our personal space, so has to be worth it as otherwise with insurance, water, electricity and unlimited hay and bedding its just not worth the hassle.

£35 per week for a huge stable, all haylage included, limited turnout in winter, ie they get mornings only but the haylage stays at the same price regardless of how much they are in. I get morning feeds and nets done by the YO between 6 and 6.30am, so if I fancy a little lie in till 9am, they are not starving! We have two huge arenas one with lights, and ful set of BSJA showjumps.

YO is a BSJA accredited coach and gives lessons at discounted rates to liveries, and we get to go to the clear round evenings for nothing (usually £5 a round)
