diy(with services) part of full livery needed around brentwood - chelmsford area

Hi am despratly looking for a yard to rent but so hard to come by. But need to move from where i am currently.

So looking for livery diy (with services) part or full.

I would like nice clean yard small is better but not to fussed needs to have all year turnout or some kind of turnout in winter and good school (needs to be a good surface) and nice big stables!

And in the chelmsford brentwood area.

Chelmsford-Brentwood is a massive area. Whereabouts are you?

There's Pattens in West Hanningfield (two mins from A12/A130 junction) full livery only, all year turnout, 20x60 school (but no lights)

Apart from that I'd suggest either Danbury area, lush hacking, lots of small yards or Woodham - a bit further from the A12 but Brazils is nice......

Might be worth asking on some of the local FB groups or looking in Ingatestone? I'm only five mins from Ingatestone and will probably go there on Friday if you want me to have a look & get numbers for you!
