DIY YARD Surrey

Hello

I am new to the Surrey area does anyone know of any good DIY yards with a sand school (of one nearby to hire) and hacking
Poss area could be Walton on the Hill, Tadworth, Headley, Box Hill, Reigate, Leigh and Horley?

There are loads around that area, if you go in the other direction Banstead has a few as well.
If you do a google serch that should bring some up but it best idea is to go to some local tack/feed shops in that area and ask.

Im looking for the same inthe same area - everywhere seems to be full or part livery - not found any DIY yet.
