DIY Yards - Hacking distance to Norton Heath EC Essex

Does anyone know of any DIY yards with all yr turn out and a menage within hacking distance to Norton heath?!

I used to be at Paslow Hall in King Street & you can hack to N.Heath from there - either the wide verges on main road or via back lanes. Not sure if it's still a livery yard as it was a while ago but had a "covered" school, indoor boxes & pretty good turnout plus bridleways run through the property.
