DNA My Horse

Just in case anyone else looks this up..
I'm sorry to say I took a punt on this and the cynic in me says its not legit.
I did not provide a photo or any breed info about my horse and I got an "inconclusive result" after 2 weeks (and me sending s chaser as I had heard nothing) they also cannot tell me why it was inconclusive. No offer to retest or send another sample, just says I can buy the test again but this time it will take 1 month to get results.
They have offered to refund me, so I will see if I get that 🤞but yeah...give this a swerve unfortunately.
 
I'm sceptical as a lot of breeds are mixes anyway eg a warmblood could be tb Arab and draft mix originally so instead of the result saying horse is an Exmoor x gelderlander it might say Exmoor xarabxtbxbelgiandraft sort of thing. I'm very sceptical because of them wanting a photo too.

They nailed one of mine and there's no way they could have guessed Brabant.

Could inconclusive just be they couldn't pull enough DNA?
